UNIVERSITY PARK — Cael Sanderson adjusts his white Penn State cap multiple times.
He stands to flap his pants. He receives a business card from a visitor and begins shuffling it in his right and left hands. Sanderson, an Olympic gold medalist and the only four-time undefeated NCAA champion, is itching to leave his Rec Hall office for his other one, an 80-degree practice room where sweat from wrestlers whose names he’s still trying to learn flows.
