UNIVERSITY PARK — Penn State returns to a venerable venue Friday to begin its Big Ten wrestling schedule.
PSU wrestling coach Cael Sanderson will end a long wait when the wrestlers face Illinois at 7 p.m. Friday.
Yet one former champion who occupies one of the building’s offices struggles picturing Rec Hall’s dual meet configuration.
“It’s hard to even remember,” Penn State coach Cael Sanderson said. “It seems like it was so long.”
