The No. 13 Penn State wrestling team (10-5-1, 2-2 Big Ten) defeated No. 12 Wisconsin (5-8, 1-2) Sunday in Madison, Wisc.
The Nittany Lions used bonus points and key victories by Frank Molinaro and Adam Lynch to defeat the Badgers, 22-15.
Lynch beat his second ranked opponent of the weekend, while Molinaro defeated No. 2 Kyle Ruschell to give the Lions a lead they wouldn’t relinquish.
Cyler Sanderson won by fall, while Brad Pataky, David Erwin and Cameron Wade also added wins.
