The greatest wrestler to ever don headgear has his team climbing slowly up the national rankings.
Penn State broke into the top 10 wrestling rankings on Tuesday at No. 10, but it’s nowhere near where Cael Sanderson wants the Nittany Lions to be.
Yes, that Cael Sanderson. The never-been-beaten Cael Sanderson, or, put another way, the undefeated Cael Sanderson, the wrestler who went 159-0 in his four-year career at Iowa State, the gold-medal winner at the 2004 Olympic Games — Penn State’s first-year coach.
